Returns Policy
This Returns Policy applies to purchases made through Rockhopper Studio’s website or via email. It should be read alongside our Terms and Conditions of Sale.

1. Ready-Made (Pre-Made) Items
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for ready-made items within 14 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s).
Returned items must:

Be unworn and unused
-
Be in their original condition
-
Have all tags attached
-
Be returned in original packaging where possible

Store Credit
​
Where you cancel within the 14-day period and return eligible ready-made items, we will issue store credit equal to the purchase price of the returned item(s).
Store credit:
-
Will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

Is non-transferable

Is non-refundable
-
May be subject to an expiry period (2 Years from issue date)
Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law. You are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.

2. Custom-Made and Personalised Items
Custom-made or personalised items are exempt from the 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 where goods are made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Accordingly:

Custom-made items cannot be returned for store credit or exchange unless faulty.

We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by you.
If you wish to request cancellation before production has begun, please contact us immediately. We may, at our discretion, agree to cancellation and issue store credit, less any costs already incurred.

3. Faulty or Incorrect Items
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality, and fit for purpose.
If your item is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 30 days of delivery.
Where a fault is confirmed, you may be entitled to:

A repair

A replacement

A refund to your original payment method (where required by law)
Return postage costs for confirmed faulty items will be reimbursed.

4. How to Return an Item

We will provide return instructions. Items sent back without prior contact may not be accepted.

5. Non-Returnable Items
We cannot accept returns for:

Custom-made or personalised products (unless faulty)

Items showing signs of wear

Items returned outside the stated return period
