We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only.
We do not offer international shipping.
Orders must be placed with a valid UK delivery address. We reserve the right to cancel orders where a non-UK address is provided.

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
Available delivery services (e.g. Tracked 24, Tracked 48, Signed For) and associated costs will be displayed at checkout.

3. Processing Times Ready-Made (Pre-Made) Items
Orders are typically processed within 2 working days ( Monday - Friday ) of order confirmation. There may be delays around bank holidays or other events around the United Kingdom.

Custom-Made Items
Custom-made or personalised items require additional production time. Estimated production times will be communicated to you, depending on the size of the order and any others already in production that may cause delays that are in queue before your order. Production begins once full payment has been received.
Processing times are estimates and may vary during busy periods.

4. Delivery Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are based on Royal Mail service standards and begin once your order has been dispatched.

5. Delivery Charges
Delivery charges will be clearly displayed at checkout or via email before payment is completed.
We reserve the right to charge additional delivery costs if incorrect or incomplete address information is provided.

6. Risk and Responsibility
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain our responsibility until they are delivered to you.
Risk passes to you once the Products are delivered to the address specified in your order.

7. Failed Deliveries
If delivery is unsuccessful due to:

Failure to collect from a Royal Mail delivery office or collection point

The parcel may be returned to us. We may require payment of additional postage costs before re-dispatching the order.

8. Delivery Time Limit
In accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015, unless otherwise agreed, your order will be delivered within 30 days of order confirmation.
If we fail to deliver within this period, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a refund in line with your statutory rights.
