1. About Us
These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of clothing and related products (“Products”) from Rockhopper Studios,
By placing an order on our website or via email, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Products
We sell both:
-
Ready-made (pre-made) clothing, and
-
Custom-made clothing made to your specifications (including size, measurements, fabric, colour, personalisation or design details).
All Products are subject to availability. Images and colours may vary slightly depending on your device display.
For custom-made Products, you are responsible for ensuring all measurements, spellings, and design details are accurate.

3. Orders and Contract Formation
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase Products from us. A contract is formed only when we send you written confirmation of acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order prior to confirmation.

4. Prices and Payment
All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout.
Payment must be made in full at the time of order unless otherwise agreed. Custom orders will not enter production until payment is received.

5. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays outside our reasonable control.
Risk in the Products passes to you upon delivery.

6. Cancellation and Returns – Ready-Made Items
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order for ready-made items within 14 days of receiving them.
To exercise this right, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. You then have a further 14 days to return the items.
Items must be returned in original condition. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return) in the form of store credit. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty.

7. Cancellation – Custom-Made Items
The 14-day cancellation right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalised.
Once production of a custom-made item has begun, you do not have a statutory right to cancel. If you request cancellation before production starts, we may agree at our discretion (and may deduct costs already incurred).

8. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, all Products must be:

Of satisfactory quality

Fit for purpose
If a Product is faulty, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in the form of store credit in accordance with your statutory rights.
We are not responsible for fit issues arising from incorrect measurements supplied by you for custom-made items.

9. Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability which cannot legally be excluded.
Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the relevant Product.
